Here are two characters from the comic I'm currently working on. No title yet, and unfortunately I don't know when it will leave the ground.
I've been messing with these guys' designs for a long time. They may or may not change, but I think I'm going to keep these designs. The one with the mug is Lee Pierson, and you saw Ben Saunders in a previous picture; he's obviously undergone a little bit of reconfiguration. And he's very sensitive to his game system's feelings.

What's the effect in the background? I did a nice little thing today, but I haven't a clue as to how to do all the nifty, splashy BG stuff you do. Any thoughts?
